Dr. Pia Washington, Director

Dr. Pia Washington is a best-selling author, financial advisor and licensed Realtor known as The Property PhD who specializes in educating others on the value of acquiring property to generate wealth. Her business activities range from counseling first-time home buyers to advising investors on rental properties for retirement, flip strategies, deal profitability analysis and resources for down payment. She is also President & Director of Path to Homeownership Dreams, Inc. a nonprofit organization established to educate and empower disadvantaged families to achieve the goal of homeownership and improve their economic position by providing affordable housing solutions and educational workshops.
A results-oriented professional with over 25 years of corporate experience with several Fortune 500 companies such as NBC Universal, Guitar Center, IHOP, Southern California Edison and Amgen, Pia received the “Above and Beyond Award” in 2018 for her dedication to NBC’s capital planning project. Making her first real estate purchase at the age of 22 with less than $3,000, she has grown her real estate investments into a multi-million portfolio. As head of the financial analysis department of her firm, Pia’s team works with real estate investors and entrepreneurs to provide comprehensive financial reviews and recommend appropriate strategies in order to protect, preserve and grow their assets.
Dr. Pia Washington received her Doctor of Philosophy from Global Oved Dei Seminary & University, earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Akron and attended Case Western Reserve University’s prestigious Weatherhead School of Management. She received her relationship coaching credentials from The Relationship Coaching Institute and she is also a licensed Chaplain. Pia is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Xi Kappa Omega Chapter.
Pia has been happily married to her junior high school sweetheart, Levett for 27 years. The couple has a 15 year history of providing assistance to families in need; from providing temporary housing to a single mom leaving her abusive husband to welcoming an entire family to live in their home after being evicted. The idea that every family deserves to have safe, affordable housing despite their circumstances is one of the couple’s core beliefs. The couple splits their time between Las Vegas, Nevada and Los Angeles, California and they are the proud parents of four adult children and two beautiful granddaughters.

H. Levett Washington has built a reputation as an accomplished Human Resources strategist and innovator in HR organizational alignment, technology transformations, and advocate for inclusion. He has twenty years of global business experience delivering and leading complex global HR transformation programs.
He has 4 adult children, one grandchild and is the proud husband of Pia Washington. Together they have co-authored Shades of Love-Portraits of Successful Relationships and are currently working on their next book project titled Love is NEVER Enough: Five Elements of Effective Relationships. As certified relationship coaches, they have helped many clients find, build, and maintain healthy relationships.
As a certified corporate trainer he has helped numerous organizations build and maintain high-performing teams. His passion for developing individuals is evident in the numerous people he has mentored throughout his career.
In addition to his business degree in HR Management from The University of Akron, he received his relationship coaching credentials from The Relationship Coaching Institute and is an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church.
Levett has been a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. for 30 years. During this time, he served 2 terms as Assistant Vice President for the Midwestern Region and member of the National Board of Directors. His community involvement includes such programs as Habitat for Humanity, Go to High School Go to College; Voter Registration, March of Dimes, STEM Day, and Women’s Empowerment.
Overcoming early childhood traumas and murder of his father to achieve personal, professional and family success makes his story compelling and intriguing.
His personal pursuits and interests include adventure tours, motorcycling, and poker tournaments.

Stacie Spears, M.Ed, Director

Stacie Spears, M.Ed. is an educator, medical provider, entrepreneur, speaker and consultant. Her education includes: a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, a Master’s Degree of Education in School Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing.
The Euclid Board of Education currently employs her as a principal at Chardon Hills STEM School. Stacie has been in the field of education for 23 years, 13 years as a teacher and 11 years as an administrator. During her academic career, even before becoming an official building leader, she always sought opportunities for leadership including: team leader, department chairpersons, committee chairperson and mentor to novice teachers. Stacie has received accolades for her work with children and her staff including: Teacher of The Year 2001, Teacher of the Year 2002 and Teacher of the Year 2003. Many of her staff members have deemed her the “master of communication”.
Stacie has always made education a priority in her life and emphasizes its importance to everyone that she encounters. Being an avid reader has afforded her the opportunity to learn about innovative strategies and resources that she combines alongside her love for education and her intrinsic need to assist all humankind with achieving social and professional growth and attaining their greatest, sometimes unrealized, goals and desires. Stacie’s journey of ongoing success with accomplishing her goals of making a difference in others’ lives has gone as follows: a mental health case manager, social worker, teacher, school administrator, professional development facilitator, parenting workshop presenter, mental health agency board member, caregiver and business owner. In each appointment that Stacie has held, she has been charged with the task of making decisions for those that are be unable or incapable of making decisions for themselves.
Stacie is a devoted mother of four and grandmother of one. She loves her family and uses herself as an example when working with others, sharing her successes and mistakes that resulted in 4 thriving individuals that are making contributions to mankind in their own chosen ways. During her free time, Stacie enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, blessing others, meditating and finding other ways to leave her mark on the world.
